I've never met anyone who made me feel like he did until my current husband. I wish so that I could have found him and had contact with him before he died. I can't believe he's gone. I read some passages from his book and see that even after all this time, he remembered me (and fondly, it seems). I'm honored. Contact me if you can. Let me know how he was his last years. oops! I just found his book on-line and read about myself. Just also heard of his death. I never forgot him. Then I was a 19 yr old girl. Now I'm a 46 yr old woman. I've always loved him, though. I really always believed I would see him again. Guess I was wrong. Would love a copy of his book. Would love to hear from you. Hope you and your children are well. So glad he got to meet them.
